We check your shelving systems and high-bay warehouses.
We carry out inspections nationwide in accordance with the provisions of DGUV rule 108-007 (previously BGR 234) and DIN EN 15635 and the BetrSichV.

The BetrSichV, DGUV rule 108-007 (previously BGR 234) and DIN EN 15635 oblige employers to inspect their shelving systems by a qualified person at the latest every 12 months.

According to DIN standard EN 15635 of August 1, 2009, fixed steel shelving systems and adjustable pallet shelves must be subjected to an extensive safety test once a year.

DIN EN 15635 specifies the type and sequence of controls and defines limit values for risk assessment.

A wide range of empirical values gives you security in the shelf inspection

High-bay warehouses (HBW) are particularly powerful automated storage systems with a compact design. High-bay warehouses are also used as deep-freeze warehouses, clean room warehouses, heavy-duty warehouses, hazardous goods warehouses, high-bay warehouse silos, the daily work spectrum for our shelf inspectors.

We offer everything from shelf inspections to complete packages. In addition to the shelf inspection, the entrances, such as B. fixed ladders and fall protection as well as the PPE against falls are checked, as our shelf inspectors are also certified in this area.

Regardless of whether it is a movable filing rack, a cantilever rack in the building materials trade or a 40 m high high-bay warehouse, you are on the safe side with our tests and documentation. And that at a very high quality level at a low price.

"The prevention of accidents should not be seen as a requirement of the law but as a requirement of human obligation and economic reason."
Werner von Siemens, Berlin 1880
Our shelf inspectors have a high level of experience that you can incorporate into the daily checks. In order to keep our quality at a high level, we renew our certificates by participating in training courses at least every year. This means that our certificates are always up to date, as is the level of knowledge of our shelf inspectors.
Preventive measures are the safest protection
The best and safest protection against accidents in connection with shelving systems is of course to try to prevent them in advance by taking effective protective measures.
Important steps are among other things:
  • Carry out annual rack inspections by rack inspectors
  • Implementation of regular visual inspections
  • Have employees report any damage immediately (sensitize employees to identify and report)
